Senior Engineer, Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using Lean methodologies.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Finance, Warehouse, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Align improvement initiatives with business goals, KPIs, and cost-saving targets.
• Coach and mentor Lean/Six Sigma practitioners.
• Support process automation, digitalization, and data analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8 years of manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Analysis experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Minitab, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and manufacturing digitalization/automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
