Senior Engineer Process

To liase with Job Engineers and other discipline Lead Engineers, Project manager & Project Engineering manger

Interface with Clients ( PEM/PE) Vendors (via PEM/PE or appropriate fellow JEs )

Performing / Review Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet

• Review Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines
• Preparation / Review of PFD, P&ID
• Preparation / Review of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments
• Estimation of Power load
• Preparation/ Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
• Preparation/ Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
• Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations
• Review Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
  
  

To provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution.

• To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to him.
• To ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others.
• To anticipate and discuss any potential delays and problems, if a with the Lead Engineer
• To co-ordinate with the fellow Job Engineers and Lead Engineers for smooth progress of the contract
• To provide inputs as and when required to the relevant disciplines and to designers
• To identify the inputs required for Need list and Hold list and update
