Senior Engineer (Procurement)

We are looking for
PMC Senior Engineer (Procurement) with 15 years of experience to be based in Abu Dhabi for an onshore LNG project.
Support the development and implementation of the Project Procurement Plan (PPP), aligned with project timelines, budgets, and client requirements. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and quality teams to ensure procurement strategies meet technical, commercial, and delivery needs. Define and monitor critical procurement packages and long-lead items to mitigate schedule risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
- Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, with 5+ years in LNG, LPG, petrochemical, or oil & gas mega projects.
- Experience working with client side & PMC is required.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, international sourcing, vendor development, and contractual terms.
- Familiarity with engineering and QA/QC deliverables related to procurement packages.
- Proficient in procurement systems/tools like SAP, Oracle, SmartPlant Materials (SPM).
- ADNOC experience preferable.
