Job Purpose
According to the pipe standards or customers specifications, prepare the pipe manufacturing procedures. Design the procedure considering high quality and high productivity with optimized cost. Prepare the technical specifications for purchasing steel plates as materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop pipe manufacturing procedures based on pipe standards and customer specifications and communicate them to operations and QA teams using JS or process sheets.
- Design pipe manufacturing procedures to achieve high quality, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Prepare technical specifications for purchasing steel plates.
- Establish and update internal standards for pipe manufacturing.
- Evaluate technical requirements from each customer during the quotation stage to determine project feasibility.
- Review production and test data to assess the appropriateness of the design.
