Responsibilities
Major Objectives of the Job:
- Lead the Project Engineers to execute each assigned Project 100% in accordance with Tender, Specification, Client delivery dates, drawing approvals.
- To fully maintain the Project Margin and claim for any project variation as required.
- Communicate effectively with the customer and maintain high customer satisfaction level.
- Complete each Project on or above tender margin.
- Obtain Purchase order & Approximate Delivery dates
- Review latest total cost sheet/Quotations, specifications & Drawings
- Advice any (discrepancy) differences to sales Engineer to Coordinate.
- Introduce yourself to client, send letter of introduction. Request all relevant information.
- Handover the inputs from client to CADD Manager for initial drawing/revision and final as built drawing.
- Assign duties to subordinates and ensure the work done by your subordinates are correct before releasing for production.
- Adhere to H&S guidelines and policy of the company while in the factory and at the site.
