Key Responsibilities

Procurement Services Support: Role 1: Scheduling Agreements and PFEP Analyst (FTE)

Role Summary:

Review legacy Interiors Supply Chain contracts and create SAP ready load files for hRC and hUTAS systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Review legacy load files, meet with Contract Managers, and develop SAP ready load files, coordinate validation
• Create load files from long term quotes, pricing agreements, or legal contracts
• Drive load file progress through completion
• Prepare executive level PowerPoint updates
• Manage tasks and timelines with urgency/ accuracy
  
  

Work Experience

• BE degree with 4+ years supply chain and/or sourcing experience
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, charting)
• Strong PowerPoint skills; able to create executive ready content
• Hands-on SAP Scheduling Agreement Experience
• Strong research, and communication skills
• Project management experience preferred
• Ability to act with urgency
• Expert level of Legal technical English skills
• Communicate with suppliers, track, and report weekly progress.
