Support the design, implementation, and management of CCTV, access control, and ELV systems across the organization, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations. Maintain system availability, operational continuity, and alignment with business requirements across all locations
Key Responsibilities:
Policies, Systems & Governance:
- Support the development and implementation of policies and SOPs to ensure controlled and standardized operations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations while maintaining confidentiality and protecting organizational data integrity.
- Support the design and deployment of CCTV and ELV systems in line with organizational standards.
- Enforce user access controls and support adherence to cybersecurity and information security guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage, retention, and protection of system data, logs, and recordings.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, asset registers, and configuration records with proper change control.
System Operational & Maintenance
- Support the planning, implementation, and operation of CCTV, access control, and ELV systems across sites.
- Manage the full system lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, and proper integration across the organization.
- Define technical requirements, develop RFPs, and manage tendering and vendor selection processes.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery, project execution, and SLA compliance.
- Monitor system performance and incidents to ensure high availability and SLA adherence.
- Ensure continuity of services across all locations through effective issue resolution and corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery solutions with periodic testing.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure contract compliance.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve performance and operational efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- Support implementation of approved improvements and updates to systems and processes.
System Reports & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Escalate complex issues to management, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Team Management
- Lead and develop the team to foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
- Manage performance through regular reviews, coaching, and implementation of development and corrective actions.
- Support talent development, and employee engagement to enhance capability and retention.
Other Tasks
- Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager.
TechnQualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in ELV and support systems engineering, with expertise in CCTV, access control, UAE compliance, and AutoCAD-based system design.
