Senior Engineering Manager - Data Cloud

Key Deliverables:

1. Design and implement scalable data platforms, pipelines, and ingestion systems.
2. Build OLAP stacks and support reporting products using big data technologies.
3. Lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data projects.
4. Drive platform extensibility and influence architecture decisions company-wide.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop robust backend systems using Python, MongoDB, Kafka, and CDC.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact data features.
3. Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability for platform-wide adoption.
4. Innovate within the data domain, including building custom programming tools and internal data frameworks.
