The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities and introducing robust knowledge-transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

High calibre, expert mechanical design engineer who is able to manage, guide, and direct work carried out by consultants and contractors on high-end and/or complex fast-track buildings, including stadiums and other competition/non-competition sports venues, from concept stage through to construction and handover.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the technical design review of mechanical, HVAC, and public health design deliverables to ensure compliance with client briefs, codes, and quality standards.
- Manage and oversee the performance of consultants, contractors, and junior engineers, ensuring delivery excellence across all mechanical engineering outputs.
- Support bid proposals by defining MEP scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, programme, and commercials.
- Engage with clients at project inception, translating requirements into technical briefs and concept design options in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Chair design reviews, facilitate value engineering, and monitor compliance with project scope, brief, and QA/QC procedures.
- Implement and continuously improve EXPRO's standard design processes, procedures, and tools, ensuring alignment with government entity structures.
- Represent the engineering function at workshops, technical meetings, and industry events, strengthening client relationships and enhancing departmental reputation.
You'll Need To Have
Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong expertise in mechanical building services for complex, highend projects.
Proficiency in BIM, Revit, Navisworks, and performance modelling tools.
Demonstrated leadership with multidisciplinary collaboration across large, fasttrack programmes.
