We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager of Engineering to lead a mid-sized engineering organization responsible for RingCentral's cloud-based Phone application capabilities.
This leader will manage a team of architects, software engineers, and automation engineers building scalable, resilient, and high-quality mobile and web experiences in the real-time communications domain. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in telecom and VoIP technologies, strong engineering leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to drive execution across globally distributed teams.
The role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can balance strategic thinking with execution, foster innovation, raise engineering maturity, and build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
