Senior Engineering Manager - Salesforce

Location: Abu Dhabi - Onsite

Contract Duration: Initial 12 months extendable contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across Salesforce FSC initiatives.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Business, and other technology teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, testing, and quality processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, tools, and delivery practices.
• Support technical planning, resource allocation, project execution, and delivery commitments.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads while supporting career growth and professional development.
• Contribute to architecture and technology strategy for the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering and engineering leadership/management.
• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, preferably including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering or development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development, integrations, architecture, and deployment practices.
• Experience with Agile software development and modern engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance technical priorities with business objectives.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
