JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all maintenance activities related to their accounts and/or local designated team
activities. Including preparation of proposals for AMC and Services plus administrating dedicated team members while executing the work order. Main point of contact for logged cases and provides first line support. Coordinates tasks internally and externally. Continuously improving team productivity by enhancing their skillsets. Manage key accounts and develop them.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- First line support for after sales services.
- Prepares quotations and proposals for maintenance requests.
- Operational planning for deploying all required manpower for the execution of jobs. Provides
- instruction on maintenance scope, timelines, locations and all relevant details.
- Arrange site visits before commencement of the job.
- Monitors progress of the work orders (cases) assigned to their respective team members.
- Actual sourcing and procurement activities for maintenance activities.
- Coordination with the freight forwarder & supplier while placing orders for maintenance.
- Coordinates with necessary work permits associated to the site.
- Prepares monthly reports.
- Updating Salesforce daily based on the logs open and logs closed.
- Support Junior teammates and other departments as and when needed.
- Attends client meetings.
- Participates as Support for preparing tenders and submittals.
- Prepares and follow up maintenance proposals.
- Contributes to department revenues
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor or Diploma of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or Computers or IT as minimum.
- Project Management skills are essential; certification will be an asset.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years experience in operations or after sales support preferably in IT or security services
- Must have extensive knowledge of UAE.
