Our client is a premier regional e-commerce leader expanding their technology division in Cairo. The enterprise IT infrastructure powers large-scale digital retail operations across the MENA region, supported by a dynamic tech team of over 100 professionals.
We are seeking a Senior ERP Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Financials to optimize our core finance systems, support integrations, and drive continuous ERP process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing heavily on Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Reporting).
- Partner closely with Finance and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements, design functional solutions, and configure ERP settings.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues, manage enhancement workflows, and oversee system integrations with external platforms.
- Lead functional testing, create operational documentation, and conduct end-user training to maximize system adoption.
- Drive continuous process improvements without direct team management duties.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) / Dynamics NAV.
- Deep functional expertise in financial modules, accounting workflows, and local Egyptian/GCC tax & financial regulations.
- Strong experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, system testing, and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
