Duties & Responsibilities

About the Position:

The Senior Learning Entrepreneurship Specialist plays a criticalrole in designing, implementing, delivering and evaluating training programsfor entrepreneurs, startups, and intrapreneurs. He or she will engage withstudents, professionals, startups, aspiring entrepreneurs, and other playerswithin Qatar's entrepreneurial ecosystem to develop entrepreneurial skills anddrive innovation. He or she will organize and execute a vast range ofactivities, including curriculum intervention, entrepreneurship awareness andtraining programs, the startup clinic, challenges and competitions, among otheractivities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop learning and developmentstrategies in alignment with the center's overall
  • strategic plan
  • Identify learning and developmentneeds of stakeholders
  • Design, implement, deliver andevaluate training programs for entrepreneurs, startups, and intrapreneurs
  • Organize and execute a vast rangeof activities from curriculum intervention, entrepreneurship awareness andtraining programs, the startup clinic, to challenges and competitions amongother activities
  • Develop collaborative relationshipswith local and international academic institutions, industry partners, andgovernment agencies to build a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Provide expert advice onentrepreneurial learning to students, professionals, startups, aspiringentrepreneurs, government institutions, and international organizations.
  • Track budgets for learning anddevelopment activities and negotiate contracts.
  • Engage in publishing businessinsights, articles, and reports that will drive a positive
  • impact on the Qatari industry andsociety.
  • Support the development,implementation, and ongoing improvement of the center's Knowledge ManagementSystem to help ensure effective knowledge capturing, sharing, and utilization.
  • Perform other tasks and duties asrequired by the Head of Entrepreneurial Learning Unit.
