A leading manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Senior EPC Sales Engineer with proven experience in industrial and commercial EPC and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and securing new turnkey, design & build, and EPC projects, while ensuring accurate cost estimations and competitive proposals. You will work closely with both the Sales and Engineering teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Secure RFQs and business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships to position the company as a preferred EPC contractor.
2) Project Estimation & Proposal Management
- Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with all related internal stakeholders such as, but not limited to, engineering, estimation, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate project costing, feasibility and well-structured bid submissions in full compliance with Bid Submission Requirements.
- Refine cost estimation processes to enhance competitiveness and accuracy.
3) Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned sales targets for EPC and turnkey projects within the set budget and timeframe.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
4) Project Coordination & Support
- Provide input during project planning to optimize cost-efficiency and execution.
- Follow up during project execution to monitor progress, maintain profit margins, and support in securing variation orders and payment collection.
5) Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals, client communications, and contracts.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and project success metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, or relevant discipline).
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in EPC and turnkey projects sales.
- Strong background in business development and technical sales involving Civil, MEP, Finishing, and Steel Structure works.
- In-depth knowledge of estimation, costing, project planning, and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership ability and experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
