AHT is looking for a Remote Senior consultant to strengthen our EPCM strategy, governance, and operating model across oil and gas projects.
This role is hands on and execution focused. You will work directly with leadership to define how AHT operates, makes decisions, governs partners, and delivers EPCM work across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and strengthen AHT's EPCM strategy and business model
- Design and implement EPCM governance frameworks across the full project lifecycle
- Set clear decision gates, approval structures, and governance controls
- Define partner, EPC, and JV governance and accountability models
- Support multi country operating model design and execution
- Work with PMO, commercial, and technical teams to embed governance into daily work
Mandatory Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree is required
- Strong written and spoken English is required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector
- Proven hands on experience in EPC or EPCM governance
- Direct experience with EPCM or EPC project lifecycles
- Ability to demonstrate real projects, real outcomes, and real references

- Not suitable for general consultants without EPCM oil and gas experience
