We are seeking a Senior Equity Investment Analyst to lead deep fundamental research on publicly listed companies and deliver high-conviction recommendations. This strategic role demands strong judgment, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner closely with portfolio managers and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Equity Research & Analysis: Conduct bottom-up fundamental analysis of companies, evaluating financial statements, business models, and industry dynamics to build robust investment theses.
- Modeling & Valuation: Develop advanced financial models, perform valuations, and run scenario analyses to assess risk-return profiles and inform high-impact investment decisions.
- Reporting & Recommendations: Transform complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations, providing well-supported buy/sell/hold recommendations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with portfolio managers and cross-functional teams to generate ideas and contribute to portfolio construction. Engage with company leadership, sell-side analysts, and industry experts to deepen market intelligence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
- CFA designation (completed or in progress) is a strong plus
- 3+ years of experience in equity research roles (buy-side or sell-side)
- Proven track record of generating investment insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical, communication, and judgment skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders
