Madison Pearl is working closely with a leading regional asset management firm to recruit a Senior Equity Research Analyst based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Working directly with the portfolio managers, the successful candidate will assist the investment team in idea generation and company research, with a clear trajectory to transition into Portfolio Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source investment opportunities within Saudi public equities and provide research on key market segments and economic developments.
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models and monitor a watch list of investments through regular interaction with company management and expert networks.
- Present research findings to the investment team via written reports, informal discussions, and formal presentations.
- Support the lead portfolio manager on portfolio analytics, performance presentations, and overall investment strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of professional investment experience covering Saudi equities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- CME qualifications obtained; CFA charter or progress towards attainment is highly preferred.
- Strong financial modelling skills and deep knowledge of fundamental investment concepts, terminology, and styles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Nationals from Saudi and fluent Arabic speaker is required.
