The Role

The role holder will be responsible to provide techno-functional support, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules.

This role supports business operations by analyzing requirements, configuring solutions, supporting users, and ensuring the effective integration of Oracle Fusion with upstream and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Supply Chain solutions.
  • Provide functional support across: Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Hub, Supplier Portal, Supply Chain Planning
  • Configure and maintain core setups including: Item Master, Categories, Suppliers, Procurement Business Units, All other Fusion supply chain-related core setups
  • Support and monitor integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems, including WMS and other platforms.
  • Develop, enhance, and support reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher & Smart View
  • Support month-end and year-end processes, including inventory and procurement reconciliations.
  • Assist with data migration, mass maintenance, and uploads using FBDI and ADFdi.
  • Produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for extensions, reports, and integrations.
  • Perform testing (SIT/UAT support), issue resolution, and deployment support.
  • Deliver end-user training and produce user guides and process documentation.
  • Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests via the IT Service Desk and Oracle Support.
  • Support project delivery activities and collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to meet delivery timelines and business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Supply Chain modules, including Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong functional understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience supporting integrations and interfaces with external systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the distribution and retail industry
  • Work experience within UAE
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain
