Position Overview
EDECS is looking for Senior ERP Consultant to provide expert advisory services and leadership in the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This pivotal role involves guiding the entire ERP lifecyclefrom initial analysis and solution design to implementation and user trainingensuring the system is perfectly aligned with core business objectives and utilizes industry best practices. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep functional and technical expertise in full-cycle ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Solution Leadership
- Lead ERP implementation and customization projects from initiation to successful go-live, taking charge of all project phases.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, providing advisory services on ERP system best practices and optimal solutions.
- Analyze complex business processes and functional requirements, then recommend and design suitable ERP solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
Configuration and Execution
- Configure ERP modules specifically based on detailed business needs and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders (technical teams, business owners, and management) to ensure successful project delivery and seamless integration.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and scope to meet defined milestones and quality standards.
Training and User Adoption
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users on ERP functionalities and new processes to ensure high user adoption and proficiency.
- Document all system configurations, design decisions, and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in ERP consulting.
- At least 2+ years of dedicated experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Proven track record of achieving 2 complete-cycle implementations (full-lifecycle projects).
- Proficient in ERP Implementation, in-depth Business Analysis, and effective Stakeholder Communication.
- Relevant ERP vendor certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS-Dynamics) are highly desirable.
- Language Skills:Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required for effective communication with international and local teams.
