Role Summary
lead ERP implementations and handle ongoing client requests. You'll play a dual role managing new project rollouts and serving as the first point of contact for technical support, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead full ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Understand client requirements and configure ERP workflows accordingly.
- Provide client training and post-go-live onboarding.
- Handle support tickets and respond to system issues, change requests, and user inquiries.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve bugs or deliver enhancements.
- Document client interactions, configurations, and change logs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing system effectiveness.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a related field.
- 3+ years in ERP or enterprise software implementation/support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Odoo, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and business analysis skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
