Role Description

We are seeking a Senior ERP Implementation Lead for a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring ERP solutions, providing training and support to users, resolving system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The Senior ERP Implementation Lead will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency and achieving project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong expertise in ERP implementation and system integration
• Proficiency in project management, stakeholder coordination, and business process analysis
• Advanced understanding of ERP system configuration and troubleshooting
• Leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications in ERP software or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus
• Prior experience working in an on-site environment; familiarity with ERP deployment in the region is an advantage
