Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior ERP NeXT Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP NeXT and Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate will not only excel in customizing and developing ERP NeXT modules but will also demonstrate strong team leadership skills, guiding junior developers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the customization and development of ERP NeXT modules aligned with business requirements.

Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork.

Design, develop, and implement new features and workflows within ERP NeXT.

Integrate ERP NeXT with third-party applications and APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation.

Manage database tasks including queries, optimization, and backups.

Participate in requirement analysis and provide scalable solutions.

Conduct system testing to guarantee quality and performance.

Prepare clear technical documentation for developed features and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with Frappe Framework.

Hands-on expertise in ERP NeXT customization (Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.).

Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and query optimization.

Proficient with Git version control.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate a development team.

Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Capable of managing multiple tasks independently with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu and basic server administration.
