Senior ERP Product Owner

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

This is not a paperwork PO role. You will act as the critical bridge between our internal business units and our agile software development team. You will translate complex business needs into actionable user stories for developers who are deep in the code (C#/.NET) and managing infrastructure via DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer.
• Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth releases of ERP updates.
• Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development.
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Scrum or Agile experience.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Proven experience managing the intersection between business operations and software development.
