The role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and security of Corporate Finance and HR systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environments. Maintaining system configurations, performing updates, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Corporate Finance & HR Systems and maintain their Dynamics 365 F&O environments, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Design and manage the security architecture, ensuring consistent implementation and configuration of all security roles, privileges, and duties within the system to meet business needs.
- Set up, update, and maintain audit logs, routine cleanups and workflows.
- Perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot and investigate root causes of system issues.
- Proactively Manage Dynamics 365 F&O integration related configurations, ensuring error-free operations, and collaborate with vendors to promptly address and resolve any arising issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users, recommend and apply necessary system improvements and enhancements.
- Handle and complete projects related tasks within Corporate HR & Finance systems scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations System Administration-related certificates is a plus.
- Minimum +5 years in a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical role.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system administration module, security architecture, security roles, database logs, batch jobs and workflows.
- Good knowledge of Lifecyle Services, systems administration, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, network infrastructure, and IT security.
- Good level of understanding of the various system modules and functionalities (Finance & HR)
- Basic knowledge of Finance & Operations development (X++) is advantageous.
