Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Steel Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years UAE experience in structural and/or miscellaneous steel estimation and should be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate steel material take-offs

* Develop cost estimates for fabrication and erection of structural steel elements

* Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to validate estimations

* Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market rates and suppliers

* Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as required

* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all estimation submissions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

* Minimum 6 years UAE experience in steel estimation

* Strong understanding of fabrication processes, erection methods, and site practices

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.

* Solid knowledge of UAE market rates, standards, and suppliers

* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

* Must be available for immediate joining
