We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimation Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure estimation projects within KSA and a proven track record in both estimation and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for infrastructure projects including water, sewage, and utilities.
- Manage the full tendering process from pre-qualification to submission.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to develop competitive bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and local standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in infrastructure estimation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working on projects in KSA, preferably with major clients such as NWC or SWCC.
- Strong background in both estimation and tendering for infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience using CCS Candy software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with KSA regulations and infrastructure standards.
