Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and workplace experience, ensuring projects are estimated accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the estimation team to ensure timely and accurate project estimates.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
- Proven experience in managing a team of estimators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
