Job Title : Senior Estimator / QS
Company : Ebonite Decor LLC
Location : Dubai
Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience with Interior Fit-out & Joinery in the UAE
Visa will be provided
30 days holiday every year
Air ticket AED 1400 for up and down every year
Medical Insurance will be provided
Minimum qualification - Bachelors in Civil Engineering
Any nationality
Male or Female

Job Description :

Extensive knowledge of fit out & joinery procedure and processes.
Read and interpret drawings and project contracts
Prepare BOQs and quotations.
Prepare tender submissions, assemble bids and proposals for various contract types.
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit out works
Liaise with procurement team regarding pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
Should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions, and to prepare bill of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing, cost management etc.
Be able to suggest value engineered alternatives to clients when facing budget constraints during tendering process.
Collaborate with other estimators and operations team.
