Job Description
Job Title: Senior Estimator / QS
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary:
- Fixed Salary: AED 12,000 - 15,000
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of UAE experience with Interior Fit-out & Joinery.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- Any nationality.
- Male or Female.
- Extensive knowledge of fit-out MEP, Civil & joinery procedures and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions, assemble bids, and proposals for various contract types.
- Suggest value-engineered alternatives to clients facing budget constraints during the tendering process.
- Collaborate with other estimators and the operations team.
