Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior EA is a proactive team member who will support the Partner in the planning, scheduling, organization, and management of day-to-day activities and engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Partner in daily tasks from personal to managerial.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar optimization, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting logistics.
  • Support the Partner in planning, organizing, and scheduling external conferences and events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for inbound and outbound communications (emails, memos, calls).
  • Maintain organized systems for Partner documentation, filings, and material needed for internal and external engagements.
  • Deliver the utmost confidentiality at work related to the Partner and the organization.
  • Draft agendas, collect briefs, and share with the Partner key insights ahead of board, investor, or regular meetings.
  • Assist in preparing talking points, investor letters, internal memos, and presentations.
  • Track action items and ensure teams deliver on decisions made in meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an EA, Office Management, or relevant role.
  • High degree of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Ability to produce well-designed presentations and documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Solid MS Office skills.
