We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Executive Chef to join our growing hospitality group in Qatar.
The ideal candidate must have strong GCC experience and a proven track record in managing multiple restaurant kitchens along with a central kitchen operation.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of culinary leadership experience within the GCC
• Experience managing multi-brand restaurant operations & central kitchen production
• Strong expertise in Brunch concepts and menu development
• Hands-on experience in Australian, Mediterranean & Middle Eastern cuisines
• Strong leadership, team management & kitchen operational skills
• Expertise in food costing, SOP implementation, hygiene & quality control
• Ability to drive innovation, consistency, and culinary excellence across all outlets
