About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Communications to join Dubai Holding Community Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Strategic Content Creation & Dissemination:

• Develop and deliver high-quality, lifestyle-focused English content for diverse platforms (press releases, website, corporate communications, newsletters, etc.), ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
• Craft compelling narratives that showcase DHCM's unique community lifestyle and events, driving resident engagement
• Measure content performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights

Proactive Engagement:

• Proactively pitch lifestyle-related stories and manage media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Community Building & Outreach:

• Plan and craft communications for targeted community outreach initiatives for English-speaking residents, fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit
• Create communications for lifestyle events, workshops, award programmes and programs, ensuring seamless execution and positive resident experiences
• Gather resident feedback and leverage insights to improve community engagement strategies

Translation, Adaptation & Reporting:

• Translate and adapt communication materials into English, ensuring cultural sensitivity and accuracy
• Proofread and edit content, ensuring high-quality and error-free communication
• Track and report on communication campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, with a strong focus on English language content and ideally within a lifestyle or community-focused environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content across multiple communication channels and platforms
• Strong understanding of media relations, stakeholder engagement, and the English media landscape, including cultural awareness and audience targeting
• Proven ability to manage communication projects effectively, demonstrating strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Commercially aware, customer-focused, and results-driven, with the ability to align communications activities with business objectives
• Agile, creative, and adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset
