Raya Information Technology; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Executive (Compensation & Benefits).

What will you do

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review payroll documentation, wages, and deductions to guarantee accuracy.
• Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data to assess competitiveness.
• Review employee salaries against company compensation policies and market benchmarks, recommending adjustments when needed.
• Support the development and implementation of salary administration guidelines.
• Analyze compensation programs and incentive schemes to align with organizational objectives.
• Issue HR letters and handle employee loan requests.
• Prepare HR cost reports and analysis for top management to support strategic decisions.

What will you need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce and/or Economics.
• 2-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and labor relations.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, taxation, and government regulations.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
