About the role
- To coordinate and deliver corporate engagement, employer branding and stakeholder partnership initiatives that strengthen talent attraction, workforce development and organizational visibility.
- The role uses engagement insights and programme data to recommend improvements and support effective internal and external relationships.

Corporate Engagement and Strategic Partnerships
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with universities, colleges, government entities, professional associations, and community partners to support agreed Human Capital priorities.
- Coordinating partnership activities for Emiratisation, internships, graduate programmes, and workforce development to ensure commitments, actions, and outcomes are being tracked.
- Representing the organization at approved career fairs, conferences, networking forums, and community initiatives to strengthen organizational visibility and stakeholder access.
Employer Brand and Talent Attraction
- Coordinating employer-branding campaigns and content with Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messages across engagement channels.
- Planning and executing career fairs, recruitment drives, university outreach, and early-career initiatives to build relevant talent pipelines and improve candidate awareness.
- Reviewing market and stakeholder insights, benchmarking engagement practices, and recommending practical enhancements to talent-attraction initiatives.
Employee and Community Engagement
- Coordinating employee engagement, recognition, awareness, wellbeing, and corporate social responsibility initiatives to support a positive employee experience and organisational culture.
- Collecting participant and stakeholder feedback, assessing programme effectiveness, and recommending remedial or improvement actions for future initiatives.
Programme Coordination, Governance and Reporting
- Preparing engagement plans, presentations, stakeholder communications, reports, and supporting materials to enable timely decision-making and professional programme delivery.
- Maintaining accurate stakeholder records, activity schedules, approvals, and deliverables in line with organisational policies, data requirements, and agreed governance.
- Tracking participation, partnership outcomes, campaign performance, and programme effectiveness; analysing results and providing clear recommendations to management.
- Coordinating activities across internal functions and external parties, escalating risks, delays, or non-compliance to the relevant stakeholder for resolution.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates may be considered. Up to 2 (two) years of relevant experience in corporate engagement, stakeholder relations, employer branding, events, communications or Human Capital is an advantage.
