To provide operational and administrative support to the Free Zone Operations Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, timely processing of company services, and strict compliance with regulatory and government requirements.
Requirements
- Provide support to department to facilitate seamless day to day FZ Operations as agreed with line manager.
- Manage and complete registration, amendment and company service requests received through the online portal as per the agreed timeframe with line manager
- Ensure full set of requirements for registration, amendment and company service requests are obtained, verified and documented in a timely manner and liaise with clients to submit any missing documents
- Support department in coordinating and managing cross governmental projects (such as ESR, DFZC, TEC and others) as and when assigned by line manager
- Support Line Manager in regular maintenance of regulations, guidelines, laws, collateral material relevant to free zone
- Liaise and coordinate between internal companies stakeholders in order to fulfil requests in a timely and accurate manner as needed
- Obtain, verify and validate all documents to ascertain UBO and ensure stringent adherence to FATF/AML compliance as per applicable regulations
- Assess and monitor the Free Zone Portal and engage with the Information Technology Team in BRD and UAT Sessions to continuously enhance the systems
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Free Zone operations, government services, or regulatory administration (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of company registration processes, amendments, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with UBO, AML, FATF, and ESR regulations is highly desirable
- Perform and complete any other duties as assigned by line Manager
