JOB DESCRIPTION
Facilities Management- Coordinates with the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) maintenance supervisors for the day to day operations in terms of any mechanical, electrical, plumbing problems
- Provides a safe, well maintained work environment of a high standards
- Monitors employee welfare and facilitate complaint resolution
- Ensures office security (e.g. locks, gates, security personnel) is well maintained
- Develops a maintenance strategy, resulting in a formal system of preventive maintenances
- Ensures adequate stock levels are maintained for stationeries, office services and planned maintenance and breakdown
- Assists in implementing energy saving and cost reduction programs
- Ensure the dispatch of official documents (letters/fax/legal documents etc) to the respective line managers
Financial Management- Ensures strict compliance with internal controls for cash management
- Operates within the context of an established budget and monitors budgetary variances
Information Management- Encourages communication between employees, physicians and clinicians to enhance team dynamics
- Reviews patient communication procedures
Risk Management- Ensures compliance related to billing, coding, and documentation standards
- Executes the disaster recovery plans to ensure patient safety and business continuity during emergencies
Patient Care Systems- Ensures patient-centered approach
- Focus on patient safety, quality, and operational efficiencies
Quality Management- Implement and monitor changes related to various regulatory agency standards and public health law
- Reviews policy and procedure manual, and makes recommendations for updates, when required
Invoices submission- Performs periodical submission of bills related to air tickets
- Co-ordinates with different departments and ensure proper approval in place
- Submit the bills including copies of request and other communications as supporting documents for processing payments to the external partners
Employee Management- Prioritizes, assigns and monitors employees to optimize operational service
- Manages personnel functions including hiring process, performance management, termination process, and time/attendance
- Completes onboarding and training processes for new hires
Job Interactions- Work closely with the employees and senior management for suggestions and arrange meetings to discuss relevant matters
- Ensures that employees meets the set standards and delivers best service to the guest/ patients
