About the role

  • Senior Executive, Health & Safety provides support and assistance in the monitoring, recording, reporting of HSE issues within DHCM's residential communities, project site, offices, and other related assets.

As a Senior Executive - HSE, you will be responsible for...

  • Assisting, supporting and coordinating in performing compliance audits, inspections, and reviews, and by constantly improving staff, resident, tenant, contractor, service providers & supplier awareness on HSE risks and management controls.
  • Health & Safety Management: Acting as a focal point for HSE in allocated work location and responsible to ensure the Implementation of the Health and Safety Management System.
  • Enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety in the delivery of services.
  • Ensuring that the communities, infrastructure, and auxiliaries meet the highest standards for Health & Safety and fully complies with the statutory requirements of the regulatory authorities
  • Monitoring the legal compliance of the allocated location and report any deviation immediately to respective department and to the line manager.
  • Attending HSE incidents, accidents and near misses, investigate and corrective actions implemented and keep the records up to date and prepare trend analysis report.
  • Taking immediate action in case of observing an unsafe act or condition posing an imminent risk and carry out the required communications with all concerned stakeholders.

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or HSE Field.
  • Lead Auditor qualifications ISO 45001.
  • NEBOSH IGC Level 3 qualification in HSE.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Facilities Management / community.
  • Management similar or large projects, community, and large malls in HSE role.
  • Good knowledge and experience of using automated applications for HSE management
