Senior Executive Human Resources

We are well established company operating in the EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Other Business sectors, We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer/Executive to join its Qatar operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR professional with strong Qatar HR experience and practical knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR documentation, government-related processes and workforce support for the Qatar operation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Qatar office and project workforce.

Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable Qatar Labour Law.

Manage employee onboarding, contracts, personnel records and HR documentation.

Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime and employee records.

Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Handle employee separation, final settlements and end-of-service processes.

Coordinate HR and employment-related requirements with relevant Qatar authorities.

Monitor employee documentation, work permits, residency and related renewals.

Support recruitment and manpower mobilization for project requirements.

Prepare HR reports and manpower reports for management.

Maintain confidential employee files and HR records.

Provide HR support to project/site management and employees.

Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HR experience

Strong Qatar HR experience is mandatory/preferred

Good practical knowledge of Qatar Labour Law

Experience handling project/site workforce

Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll, attendance and leave management

Experience with Qatar government HR/immigration procedures

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential employee matters

HRIS/ERP experience is an advantage
