Job Title:

Senior Executive - HR

Job Summary:

The role will play a critical role in global payroll oversight, HR audits, governance compliance, and HRMS maintenance. The role requires close coordination with country HR SPOCs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of HR processes across all markets. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data within HR systems, supporting HR transactions, generating reports, and assisting with system testing and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Payroll Review & Reporting

  • Perform monthly review and validation of global payroll data received from all 12 operating markets.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and alignment with approved headcount and compensation structures.
  • Identify discrepancies, flag risks, and coordinate corrections with country HR and payroll teams.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll and HR cost reports for management and leadership review.
  • Support ad-hoc payroll analysis and reporting as required by management.

2. HR Technology & Systems Support

  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of the global HRMS.
  • Coordinate with country HR SPOCs to ensure timely updates of employee data (joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions, contract changes, etc.).
  • Perform regular data checks to ensure system accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist in system improvements, reporting enhancements, and HR data standardization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex issues to senior HR or IT teams.

3. HR Audit, Process & Governance

  • Conduct monthly HR audits based on defined HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, company policies, and regional labor regulations.
  • Maintain audit checklists, findings, and corrective action plans.
  • Follow up with country HR teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR.

3. Stakeholder Coordination & Support

  • Act as a key point of contact between Head Office HR and country HR teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to country HR SPOCs on processes, reporting, and system requirements.
  • Support global HR initiatives, projects, and policy rollouts as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a regional or global organization.
  • Strong exposure to multi-country payroll review, HR reporting, or HR operations.
  • Experience with HR audits, governance, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR data management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and HR reporting tools.
