Job Description:

• Oversee inbound operations: receiving, GRN, put away, and quality checks.
• Manage daily Inbound and return processing of multi-channel online orders, ensuring all SLAs and TATs are met.
• Plan capacity and coordinate with sellers/marketplace for smooth inbound flow
• Manage returns (RTV, resale, refurbishment, disposal)
• Ensure inventory accuracy and system updates in WMS
• Handle SKU-level issue escalations and root cause analysis
• Implement FEFO for expiry-sensitive categories (e.g., beauty)
• Monitor KPIs: dock-to-stock time, return TAT, SOH accuracy
• Coordinate with marketplace, logistics, and category teams
• Drive process improvements and SOP adherence
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and hygiene as per set standards.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are met.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce Warehouse Fulfillment at leading retail E-commerce companies.
• Direct management experience with 3PL service providers and their staff.
• Proactive service delivery attitude with a hands-on, can-do approach and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and related technologies.
• Expertise in packaging techniques for various product types.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in creating, developing, and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
