Senior Executive - IT Infrastructure

Role Summary

The Senior Executive IT (Infrastructure) is a pivotal technical role within the IT Division, reporting directly to the Manager - IT Infrastructure. The primary objective is to provide lead support and ensure the seamless implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the organization's technological backbone, including servers, desktops, networking, and cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure implementation, Upgrade and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure, Networking and System Administration, Cloud Application Support.

2. Installation of OS, Applications/Database on servers and user IT systems.

3. Providing Servicedesk Support and resolution of Hardware, Networking and System Administration related issues

4. All system administration functions like User Access control, Backup & Restoration, Patch management, Virus Management, Spam Management, etc.

5. Implementation of all Security related policies and procedures as per ISO 27001 standards

6. IT Asset Management

7. Ensure LAN / WAN connectivity across all Branch Offices and shops across the country and with the HO IT Data Center.

8. Support all Retail stores for system administration, Hardware and networking related issues

9. To execute Standard Operating Processes and Policies of the Division

10. To be actively involved in the selection, training, orientation and assignment of duties to junior staff in IT

11. Maintain IP Telephony system and support users for phones related issues.

12. Responsibilities of Group Head (if assigned) in absence of the Manager- IT Infrastructure.

Requirements

• Graduate in Computer Applications
• Certifications in any of CCNP, MCSE, or RHSE
• Around 8-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of multiple technologies including (but not limited to) Windows & Linux OS, Blade, SAN, TCPIP, MS Windows Servers, MS Exchange, MAC, MS SQL, Cisco, Fortinet, EDR/XDR, wireless LAN, ZTNA, Microsoft Azure, Office 365 etc.
