Role Purpose

To ensure the seamless launch and optimization of health insurance products from a system development and customer journey standpoint. Ensure smooth integration and system readiness for new product offerings. Oversee the product purchasing journey on digital platforms, enhancing the customer experience and supporting sales performance on online channels. Additionally, the position will coordinate with the Digital Sales department (SADiR) and Product Managers to ensure the effective delivery and optimization of product offerings on Sales Channels.

System Development and integration for Products

  • Collaborate with IT department to deliver system requirements for product launches, ensuring alignment with product specification and timelines.
  • Oversee end-to-end system resting for new products to confirm readiness and proper functionality before launch
  • Identify and resolve technical integration challenges that may impact the customer journey or product performance

Customer Journey Optimization

  • Evaluate and enhance the customer purchasing journey for health insurance products across online platforms
  • Advise on customer experience improvements and implement design changes to increase ease of use and satisfaction
  • Monitor and assess digital product performance and user feedback to identify areas of improvement

Coordination with Digital Sales Channels (SADiR & App)

  • Work closely with SADiR team to align product offerings, pricing and promotional strategies on online sales platforms
  • Ensure that product updates, enhancements, and changes are effectively communicated and implemented on Digital channels.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on integrating new products into SADiR platform and App

Product Offering Optimization

  • Partner with product managers to analyze and optimize health insurance products to meet customer needs and market trends
  • Provide recommendations for system and process improvements to facilitate more efficient product delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to refine product benefits, pricing and positioning for Digital Sales channels

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of contact between the product development, IT and Digital Sales departments
  • Facilitate regular updates and communication to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
  • Lead workshops and meetings to address cross-functional challenges and opportunities for improvement
