About the Role
We are partnering with a leading multinational organization to appoint an Executive / Senior Executive Product Planning. This role is pivotal in driving product roadmap alignment, lifecycle planning, and cross-functional execution, with direct interface with China-based stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product planning and lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.
- Drive product roadmap, pricing, and positioning in line with market and business strategy.
- Act as the key interface with China HQ / suppliers, ensuring alignment on specifications, timelines, and launches.
- Conduct market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
Candidate Profile
- 510 years of experience in product planning / product management within consumer electronics or technology-driven sectors.
- Strong exposure to China-based principals, OEMs, or HQ teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical capability with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed multinational environment.
