Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall
  • Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property
  • Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
  • Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
  • Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department
  • Responsible for all aspects of lease management
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline, with at least 2 years experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
