About the Job:
- Support the development, consolidation and monitoring of annual operating expense (OPEX) budgets, forecasts and budget recalibrations in collaboration with business stakeholders and Finance teams.
- Coordinate with departments and business units to gather budget inputs, facilitate budget planning activities and support the timely preparation of annual budgets.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial analyses and KPI dashboards to support management decision-making and cost control initiatives.
- Analyze operational and financial performance, investigate variances against budgets and forecasts, and provide insights to support improved financial performance and resource utilization.
- Assist in developing and enhancing budgeting, reporting and financial control policies, procedures, templates and tools to strengthen governance and reporting accuracy.
- Review statutory financial statements and supporting financial records to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is mandatory. CA, ACCA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Budgeting, Management Reporting or Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, statutory financial statements, accounting principles and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing general ledger accounts, preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis to support financial performance reviews.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
