We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands, supporting both operational and head office hiring.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and agree on recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against technical skills, cultural fit, and role requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Prepare interview summaries and provide hiring recommendations when required
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with department heads and operational leaders
- Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and realistic hiring timelines
- Ensure all recruitment activity is aligned with company policies and approved budgets
Talent Sourcing
- Maintain an active network within the hospitality industry and keep up to date with market trends
- Support recruitment for new venue openings and expansion projects when required
Recruitment Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Ensure recruitment trackers and reports are kept up to date
- Prepare weekly recruitment updates for the People & Culture leadership team
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant
Employer Branding
- Create engaging job advertisements aligned with the company's employer brand
- Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Represent the company professionally throughout every stage of the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality or F&B
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters experience is an advantage)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
