To ensure the on-time delivery of the proper material complete with verification documents to project Sites.
- Receive PO acknowledgement and execution milestone
- Attend the Kick-off meeting, summarize the required documents and PO bassline schedule
- Maintain an expediting file for each PO, which would be used throughout the project period
- Monitor documents/drawings submittals and approvals from discipline engineer to facilitate on-time manufacture release.
- Monitor the supplier payment process to ensure the facilitates of our financial obligation to avoid negative/effect delays of suppliers.
- Monitor the supplier progress and highlight any deviation from the PO time and meet the project need date.
- Provide delay analysis for each package, in case of delay, and cost/time impact to be applied on the supplier
- Coordinate for the occurrence of FAT along with all Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Alignment with the Logistic for the delivery time
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil.
- +5 years of experience in related field.
- EPC project's experience is a must
