Overview
ember is seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Manager to design and deliver sophisticated, protocol-sensitive itineraries and bespoke luxury experiences for VVIP guests, UHNW individuals, and senior delegations. This role requires exemplary service acumen, deep cultural fluency, and advanced operational capability to manage complex, high-touch arrangements with precision and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate, manage, and deliver personalised itineraries incorporating cultural, governmental, lifestyle, wellness, and private-access experiences.
- Host and accompany VVIP guests during key engagements, ensuring seamless coordination, comfort, and protocol-appropriate conduct.
- Oversee high-level concierge services including priority access, luxury dining, private venue arrangements, secure transportation, and confidential requests.
- Address real-time changes, urgent requests, and protocol-sensitive situations with calm, strategic problem-solving.
- Train and guide Experience Managers, ensuring consistent alignment with operational standards and luxury service expectations.
- Maintain strong partnerships with hotels, transport providers, cultural institutions, security teams, protocol offices, and premium service suppliers.
- Work closely with HQ departments on complex itinerary design, operational planning, risk mitigation, and guest-preference profiling.
- Maintain detailed records including briefings, movement schedules, guest preferences, and post-event summaries for continuous refinement of guest experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to cultural etiquette, confidentiality practices, and high-end hospitality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years experience in VIP hospitality, luxury travel management, UHNW guest services, or government/diplomatic hosting roles.
- Strong understanding of Gulf protocol, cultural sensitivities, and premium service ecosystems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-ranking individuals with professionalism and discretion.
- Proven capacity to manage complex itineraries and rapid operational shifts in high-pressure environments.
- High standards of personal presentation and communication.
- Bilingual ArabicEnglish proficiency is a strong advantage.
