Globe 24-7, in partnership with a leading mineral exploration company, is recruiting a Senior Exploration Geologist to support its exploration activities in Saudi Arabia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced exploration professional to join a growing technical team focused on copper and copper-gold exploration across the Kingdom.
The Role
The Senior Exploration Geologist will play a key role in the planning and execution of mineral exploration programmes, supporting the delivery of exploration objectives while providing technical leadership to both field teams and senior management.
The Responsibilities
- Manage diamond, reverse circulation (RC) and air-core (AC) drilling programmes
- Lead and mentor a team of four Saudi Exploration Geologists and four Saudi Field Assistants
- Support the planning and execution of copper and copper-gold exploration programmes
- Communicate technical findings, exploration progress and key recommendations to senior management
- Contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of exploration activities
The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related discipline
- 7-10 years experience in mineral exploration
- Minimum 3 years experience exploring intrusion-related and/or skarn mineral systems
- Strong exploration experience within copper and/or copper-gold deposits
- Experience managing diamond, RC and AC drilling programmes
- Previous experience leading exploration teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to senior management
- Available to commence no later than 1 October 2026
- Currently based in the Middle East preferred
- Arabic and English language skills advantageous
- Off-road driving experience advantageous
- Experience working in high-pressure environments advantageous
The Rewards
